Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

All health, fitness, and nutritional information provided by Intent Fit LLC, including on this website, in our journals, and through our products and Services, is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any supplement, workout, or dietary regimen, particularly if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, or illness, are pregnant or postpartum, are taking any medication, or have not exercised recently.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in our materials or received through our Services.
SECTION 14 - PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Our Services include a program generator that produces an individualized training plan from information you provide through a questionnaire, including your stated goals, training experience, available equipment, training environment, session length, weekly availability, and any physical limitations you choose to disclose.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) No professional review. The plan is generated automatically from your self-reported answers. It is not reviewed, approved, or individually prescribed by a physician, physical therapist, athletic trainer, or any other licensed healthcare professional before it is delivered to you.
(b) No assessment of you. No physical examination, movement screen, medical history review, or in-person assessment of any kind is performed. We have not evaluated your body, your form, your medical history, or your fitness to perform any exercise contained in the plan.
(c) Your answers determine the plan. The plan is only as appropriate as the information you provide. Answers that are incomplete, inaccurate, or that omit a relevant injury, condition, medication, or limitation may result in a plan that is unsuitable or unsafe for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit.
(d) Limitation adjustments are not treatment. Where you disclose a physical limitation, we may adjust or exclude certain movements. This is a general programming adjustment. It is not medical treatment, rehabilitation, or physical therapy, it is not a determination that any exercise is safe for you, and it is not a diagnosis.
(e) You select the load. The plan prescribes structure such as exercises, sets, repetitions, tempo and rest. It does not prescribe loads or weights. You select the weight you use, and you are solely responsible for that selection and for training within your capabilities.
(f) Consult a professional first. You should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning the plan or any exercise program.
(g) Stop if something is wrong. You should stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other symptom of distress. Discomfort from exertion and pain from injury are different, and you are responsible for distinguishing between them in your own body.
(h) No guaranteed outcome. Individual results vary. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the plan will produce any particular outcome, result, level of fitness, or change in body composition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk arising from your use of a generated plan, and you release Intent Fit LLC from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from your performance of any exercise contained in it. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
SECTION 15 - ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Participation in exercise, including any workout program we provide or reference, carries an inherent risk of injury, up to and including serious injury. By engaging in these activities you acknowledge and accept that risk, and you agree not to hold Intent Fit LLC or its affiliates liable for any injury that may occur.
Exercise within your physical capabilities, use proper form, and consult a qualified fitness professional if you are unsure how to perform any movement safely.
If you use fitness equipment while following any of our programs, you are responsible for its correct and safe use, including following the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable facility rules. Intent Fit LLC is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from improper or unsupervised use of equipment we do not supply.
SECTION 16 - PRODUCT AND SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER
Results from the use of supplements, fitness programs, and related products may vary based on individual factors, including but not limited to age, health status, and compliance with suggested use. Intent Fit LLC makes no guarantee of specific results, and you assume full responsibility for any outcomes from the use of our products and Services.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before taking any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
SECTION 17 - SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer subscription plans for physical products, including the Intent Fit Journal and our supplements, on monthly, quarterly and annual billing cycles.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew. Each subscription covers the term you purchase, and we will not charge your payment method again at the end of that term without a new purchase or a new authorization from you. If we introduce automatic renewal in the future, we will disclose it clearly before purchase, obtain your affirmative consent, and update these Terms accordingly.

Product availability may vary, and we do not guarantee that any item will be in stock at the time of your purchase. Intent Fit LLC reserves the right to limit quantities of products available for purchase on a case-by-case basis and to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Please note that digital products, including generated training programs and other downloadable resources, may be non-refundable once delivered. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as supplements may be subject to specific return conditions.
SECTION 20 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DIGITAL CONTENT
All content we produce, including the Intent Fit Journal, workout programs, generated training plans, written materials, images, and the Intent Fit name and logo, is owned by Intent Fit LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Digital content is licensed, not sold. Any digital content, including generated training programs, workout programs, or other downloadable resources, is licensed solely to you, the original purchaser, for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or otherwise transfer that content or your license to access it to any other individual or entity. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited and may result in legal action.
SECTION 21 - HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
To generate your training program and provide customer support, we collect information you choose to give us about your body and your training, which may include injuries or areas of physical limitation, training experience, goals, and your available equipment and schedule.
We are not a healthcare provider. Intent Fit LLC is not a covered entity or a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and information you submit to us is not protected health information under that law. It does not carry the confidentiality protections that would apply to information given to a doctor, therapist, or clinic.
We use this information to generate and deliver your program, to provide support, and to improve our products and Services. Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of it is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://intent-fit.com/policies/privacy-policy
Some state and international privacy laws give you rights over this information, including rights of access, correction and deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains those rights and how to exercise them. You may also contact us at team@intentfitcrew.com.
Please do not submit information you are not comfortable providing. You choose what to disclose, though withholding a relevant limitation may result in a program that is not appropriate for you, as described in Section 14.
SECTION 22 - ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS LINKS
Access to the program generator is provided through a personal link tied to your purchase. That link, and the plan generated from it, are for your use alone.
You agree not to share, forward, sell, or publish your access link or your generated plan, and not to attempt to access a plan or link belonging to another person. We may revoke access for any link we reasonably believe has been shared or misused.
We may retain your generated plan so that you can access it again. We do not guarantee indefinite availability, and you are encouraged to download and keep your own copy.
SECTION 23 - COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND USER CONDUCT
Intent Fit LLC may provide online community features or member-exclusive areas where users can interact. By participating, you agree to respect others, refrain from harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior, and follow all applicable community guidelines. Intent Fit LLC reserves the right to remove access for individuals who violate these Terms.
SECTION 24 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and Services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Intent Fit LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content or product posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Intent Fit LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SECTION 26 - FORCE MAJEURE
Intent Fit LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, governmental actions, internet disruptions, supply chain failures, or other unforeseen events.
SECTION 27 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 28 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may accordingly deny you access to our Services or any part thereof.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
