SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the details of how we get your order to you.
Physical products
Free domestic shipping. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery time. Orders within the continental United States typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International orders. We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may be longer depending on customs processing in your country.
Customs, duties and taxes. For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price you pay us and we have no control over them.
Shipping address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
Lost, delayed or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered and you have not received it, check with your neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are sometimes scanned early. If it still does not turn up, contact us and we will help you work it out with the carrier. If a package is genuinely lost in transit, we will make it right.
Delays outside our control. Carrier delays, weather, and customs holds happen and are outside our control. We will help you track down anything that goes astray.
Digital products and training programs
Personalized training programs are delivered digitally and are not shipped.
How you receive your program. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a personal link to the questionnaire. Once you complete it, your program is generated in about ten seconds and you can download it immediately. We also email you a copy, so you do not need to keep the page open.
Your download link stays active. You can come back and download your program again whenever you need it. We do not put a deadline on it, though we recommend saving your own copy.
Your link is personal. The questionnaire link and your generated program are tied to your purchase and are for your use only. Please do not forward or share them. See our Terms of Service for details.
If something goes wrong. If your program does not arrive, or your download does not work, email us at team@intentfitcrew.com and we will get it to you. That is on us to fix.
