The Mission
At Intent Fit, we believe true growth begins from within.
When you think intentionally, you act intentionally and that’s where real transformation starts. Not from chasing validation, but from aligning your mind, body, and purpose from the inside out.
Intent Fit was founded by two foster brothers who rebuilt their lives through discipline, gratitude, and intentional action. Our philosophy is not theory, it’s lived experience. We believe clarity and self-mastery are skills anyone can develop with the proper habits and the right tools.
When the mind and body are aligned, confidence is earned, discipline becomes natural, and progress accelerates.
Our mission is to help others unlock their unique potential and pursue their “What IF..?” a life fueled by growth, gratitude, and relentless self-improvement.

Born with a rare bone disorder, cleidocranial dysostosis, I grew up surrounded by limitations. Surgery after surgery, my confidence faded, until at 11 years old, I picked up my first dumbbell and decided to take back control.
Fitness started as therapy, but it quickly became something deeper. A way to train my mind. Every rep taught me focus, discipline, and resilience. I realized the real transformation wasn’t just physical; it was mental.
That experience shaped how I live today: intentionally, with clarity and purpose.
Intent Fit is my way of helping others do the same to strengthen the mind, challenge self-doubt, and prove that growth starts with how you think.
It’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about breaking barriers and proving that you’re capable of more. Intent Fit is my way to help others experience that same transformation and empower them to live with purpose.

For me, intentional movement has always been the anchor.. through foster care, mental health battles, and every season of change. Fitness became more than a habit; it was how I stayed grounded, built resilience, and learned to navigate life with clarity.
As a husband and father, that mindset matters more than ever. Training my body sharpens my focus, keeps me centered, and helps me show up fully for the people and passions that matter most, whether that’s family time, work, or being outdoors hiking, snowboarding, golfing, or riding.
Intent Fit represents that philosophy the belief that when you live and move with intention, you can turn challenges into clarity and discipline into growth.
