The Mission
Intent Fit was founded by two foster brothers who rebuilt their lives through discipline, gratitude, and intentional action.
Our philosophy is not theory, it’s lived experience. We believe clarity and self-mastery are skills anyone can develop with the proper systems, habits and tools.
When the mind and body are aligned, discipline becomes natural and progress accelerates.
Our mission is to help others unlock their unique potential and pursue a life fueled by growth, gratitude, and relentless self-improvement.

Born with a rare bone disorder, cleidocranial dysplasia, I grew up surrounded by limitations. Surgery after surgery, my confidence was completely fragmented. But even at an early age I knew that I had one thing that was completely within my control, my fitness. I refused to be a victim to my circumstances and started training at the age of 11.
I dedicated myself to training consistently and anchored it to who I was as a person. A non-negotiable that influenced how I made decisions, how I handled pressure, and the perception I had of myself. Training wasn't simply a box I checked, it became the habit that restructured every aspect of how I lived life: what started as a way to improve my aesthetics quickly became the catalyst for relentless ambition, unwavering discipline, and a genuine sense of gratitude.
Living with intention, clarity, and purpose isn't a mindset hack. It's the consequence of committing and executing on the person you want to be. Fitness has allowed me to excel in my career aspirations, travel the world, and build relationships I wouldn't trade for anything. Intent Fit is my way of instilling that same ambition, confidence and gratitude in as many people as I can.

Being intentional about my training has been crucial throughout my life, particularly during my time in foster care and during my battles with mental health. Fitness is more than just a habit: it was how I’ve stayed grounded and learned to navigate life as the best husband and father possible.
I live a very active lifestyle and I structure my training routines to maximize functionality and energy so that I can show up for my family while still enjoying the hobbies that I love; golfing, snowboarding, hiking and riding dirt bikes.
Having grown up in a tumultuous environment I rarely had examples to learn from but embracing the Intent Fit philosophy is the fuel I use everyday to show my son what strength, courage and discipline look like. My goal is to help encourage and inspire others who struggle and show them that fitness is the key to unlocking their true potential.
