The Mission

At Intent Fit, we believe fitness is the foundation to a growth mindset.

It’s not just about strength or aesthetics, it’s about thinking critically, embracing discomfort and taking ownership over who you want to become. Fitness is the catalyst to building resilience, sharpening discipline, and transforming how you show up in every area of life.

It’s not just about hitting goals, it’s about training your mind and body to act with purpose. Whether you're seeking strength, clarity, or growth, we help you bring intention to every part of your life.

Founded by two foster brothers who leveraged fitness as a tool for change, Intent Fit was created to challenge the way people approach their health.

Our mission is to help others unlock their unique potential and chase their “What IF..?”—a life fueled by growth, gratitude, and relentless self-improvement.

Our Stories

Born with a rare bone disorder (cleidocranial dysostosis), I felt trapped by limitations throughout my childhood. Surgery after surgery, my self-confidence was shattered.

At 11 years old, I picked up my first dumbbell to take back control of my life.

Fitness became my outlet, my therapy, and the way I proved to myself that I was capable of anything I worked at. Through this journey, I built confidence, resilience, and discipline—and I learned that fitness is the training ground for a growth mindset. It transformed how I saw and presented myself.

It’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about breaking barriers and proving that you’re capable of more. Intent Fit is my way to help others experience that same transformation and empower them to live with purpose.

Fitness has been my answer through life’s toughest challenges, from growing up in foster care to navigating the ups and downs of mental health. It’s more than building muscle or losing weight—it’s my therapy, my source of resilience, and my way of staying grounded.
As a husband and father, fitness empowers me to show up as my best self for my family, face life’s stresses with gratitude and confidence, and fully enjoy the hobbies I love like hiking, snowboarding, basketball, golf and dirt biking.
For me, fitness is about living intentionally, using every moment to grow stronger mentally, physically, and chasing the goals that truly matter for longevity.
